Privacy

Draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what this website does today; a full privacy policy will replace it before Cove Captain launches.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, business name, email, and the optional answers about your business. We use it to reply to you and to plan Cove Captain.

The form doesn't store your IP address or set advertising cookies. This website has no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who sees it

The Cove Captain team at True North Sailing Charters LLC. Your details are stored in our database (Supabase) and a copy of each request is emailed to our team (through Resend). We don't sell or share them with anyone else.

Removing your details

Reply to any email from us, or send a new request through the form saying so, and we'll delete what you sent.

The booking software

Businesses that use Cove Captain to take bookings have their own privacy notices for their guests. This page covers this marketing website only.
